Born on September 10, 1949, in the picturesque town of Azzano Decimo, Italy, Dino’s early life was soon to take a significant turn towards new horizons. At just 13 months old, he embarked on an incredible journey across the Atlantic Ocean with his mother, first to Montreal, and then to Fort William. This transatlantic voyage was a poignant step in reuniting their family, allowing young Dino to meet his father for the very first time on Canadian soil.
Following his formative education, Dino commenced a distinguished career that would span over three decades. He joined the Thunder Bay Telephone Company, now known as TBaytel, where he dedicated 35 years of service. His commitment and hard work at TBaytel were exemplary, reflecting a steadfast professionalism that became a hallmark of his working life before his well-deserved retirement.
Beyond his professional life, Dino harbored a vibrant enthusiasm for various pursuits, most notably the thrilling world of NASCAR. His excitement for the racing season was palpable, as he meticulously followed every race on television.
