The opening set proved to be a nail-biter, with the Blue Mountain Eagles pushing the Crimson Tide to their limits. Despite the Eagles’ spirited challenge, bringing the score to a close 26-24, Pottsville’s resilience and strategic plays allowed them to narrowly secure the initial advantage.
