Following the game, Coach Carter Tolley praised his team’s tenacity. “There are definitely some things we can work on,” Tolley noted, “Altogether, I think our girls hung with them really well. This impressive rally was fueled by the team’s exceptional effort and high motor. Players were seen diving across the court, making incredible saves, and demonstrating a profound commitment to keeping the ball in play. Coach Tolley highlighted this trait, stating, “To know that they aren’t going to give up that easily and and in those situations, I can count on them to come back and to not roll over and quit, it’s a good thing to see as a coach, especially so early on.”
